Our u12 hurlers had another fantastic challenge against Glen Rovers this evening. They played a great hours of hurling against Douglas on Monday and today made the trip to Ballyvolane to face the Glen. 
It was a fantastic game of hurling and the sides were level at half time 1-3 a piece. The lads were right in it until the end and threatened for more scores. The Glen got a very late goal to run out 2-10 to 1-8 winners. 
A great performance by all the lads against a top division side. A special mention to Ryan O'Connell in goal who pulled off some top class saves! They bumped into a couple of lads who will be busy hurling for Cork tomorrow too!
