Despite a 4pt loss this was a very encouraging performance from a very young Crosshaven side , having played some great football in the first half with our goal coming from Redfers McGrath it didn’t reflect on the scoreboard trailing 1-10 to 1-02 at halftime but despite this the lads rallied again with some lovely counter attacking football resulting in goals from Eoghan o Sullivan (2) , Darragh Jeffers(1) but ballygarvan kept the scoreboard ticking over with some hard earned points as our backs made it very difficult for them throughout with Cathal Browne solid out in goal
on another night we could have had four more goals rattling the crossbar twice and there keeper making two great saves overall a great team performance with our next game away to Ballinhassig in two weeks time
