Dear Parents,
We would like to invite you to the *Crosshaven GAA Juvenile AGM*, which will take place on December 2nd at 7:30pm in the clubhouse in Camden.
Following the great success of the recent Adult AGM, it’s important that we continue to build momentum across all levels of the club. The Juvenile AGM is a key opportunity for us to reflect on the year gone by and to put in place a committee that will lead and support our juvenile players for the 2026 season.
This year, the positions of Juvenile Chairperson, Juvenile Secretary, and Juvenile PRO are open for nomination. These roles are primarily organisational and administrative, so no previous GAA experience is required.
- Chairperson: Coordinates activities across the various age groups and helps delegate responsibility for events.
- Secretary: Focuses mainly on communication—liaising with the County Board, the club committee, and coaches regarding fixtures and updates.
- PRO: Promotes and publicises events and activities, with support from systems already in place such as ClubZap.
We would also greatly welcome any volunteers who wish to join the committee in a non-titled capacity. Every extra pair of hands helps lighten the load and strengthens the support structure around our young players.
Please remember that we are all volunteers, and the time and energy given by parents directly benefits our children, their enjoyment of sport, and our wider community. Your involvement—big or small—makes a real difference.
We strongly encourage all parents to attend.
Thank you for your continued support.
