Summary of tonight’s game.
U13 football first league game finished in a loss in Ardfield tonight.
We have a disappointing first 10 minutes where we shipped some scores early on which rattled us. It took us along time to settle into the game and gain some ground and move the ball up the pitch.
We trailed 3-6 to 1-0 at half time.
We regrouped at half time and came back out a different team. We put them under a lot of pressure and hit the posts on numerous times.
The lads have had a lot of sports games over the last few weeks and this took its toll on the team tonight. A well deserved rest over Easter and we will be ready to go again in 2 weeks time.
