Our u21 football team ( Diarmuid o Murchu ) have been in championship action over the last two Sundays with mixed results,  
with a very young squad  the lads had to adapt  quickly to the new football rules which makes for a more exciting game 
Last Sunday we began with a home game in Camden v coursey rovers and having led by 7pts , we threw away the lead conceding 
late goals to lose out on a score line of 1-08 to 4-5 
Up next was a trip to tracton this morning knowing we had to win to keep our interest going in this competition and the lads knew this with a much improved performance coming away with a 1-18 to 1-11 win , keeping our chances of reaching the final alive going into our last group game away to Belgooly next Sunday morning @11-30 
The lads played some brilliant football this morning and deserved thier win with a great team performance
