Our junior hurlers bowed out of the championship tonight against a good Valley Rovers side. Short a few players at the last minute, there was plenty effort shown by the Crosshaven players and some good hurling had us right in it at the break, 2-9 to 1-9. 
Our players continued to battle and played well in patches in the 2nd half but fell down by 8 points in the end.

A disappointing end to the season but there is plenty to build on.
