Great win for Crosshaven U12 football team tonight in Camden vs Ballygarvan. We started the game strong and got some early goals from Ben and Charlie grabbing 2 goals each in the first 15 minutes. DOD got another goal before half time while Harry M got some lovely points from center half forward. 

There was a strong battle around the center of the pitch in the first half with Daithi, Roan, Charlie and Harry M forming a powerful diamond in midfield, center back and center forward. Mossie and Luke drove the game forward from wing back at every opportunity and were a great attacking treat while working hard in defence. Harry L, Tony and Ryan were very solid in full back line and kept Ballygarvan scoreless for large periods. 

Cathal and Dod worked hard in wing forwards and added some great scores. Fionn, Ben and Sam O C were a handful in full forward line and set up and scored some lovely scores. 

In the second half, Flynn, Ben, Charlie, Harry, Cathal & DOD continued to stretch the lead out with some well taken scores. 

Hugh, Flynn and Sam O S came on at half time and hit the ground running and played well. Milo, Danny, Tadgh and Owen came on for the last 20 minutes and worked really hard both with and without the ball. Daniel was very solid in goals with excellent shot stopping and great kicks outs. 

It was great team performance with some lovely free flowing football that was a joy to watch.
